What PronoSport is
A free, points-based football score-prediction game for Morocco's Botola Pro, for entertainment only. PronoSport is not gambling. No money is ever wagered, collected, or paid out — points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money, goods or prizes. There is nothing to buy in the app.
PronoSport is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Botola Pro, its federation, any club, or any broadcaster. Club names are used descriptively to say which match is which, and the shirts drawn in the app are our own illustrations, not any club's badge.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these online, that age applies instead.
Your account
- One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your Google or Apple sign-in secure.
- Your handle (the permanent @name) is assigned once and can't be changed; your display name can be changed at any time.
- You can delete your account at any time, from Profile → the "…" button → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent, and takes your predictions, points and rankings with it — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what goes. We can't undo it.
- We may suspend or remove an account used to cheat, abuse other players, or interfere with the game for others.
Acceptable use
Don't use PronoSport to:
- Automate predictions, scrape the app, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Use a display name or photo that's offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes someone's rights.
- Harass or abuse other players, including inside a private league.
- Run more than one account, or use someone else's.
We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Private leagues
Anyone with a league's invite code can join it, so treat the code as you would any other thing you'd rather not see forwarded. The period a league is ranked over is fixed when it's created. You can leave a league at any time; a league nobody is left in is deleted. Creating a league gives you no powers over its other members — we don't moderate what happens inside one beyond the rules above.
Predictions, points and odds
A prediction can be changed as often as you like until kickoff, and is locked from then on. Match data, and the point value of each outcome, come from a third-party sports data provider and a statistical model of our own. We do our best to keep this accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee it, and we're not liable for errors, delays, or interruptions in match data — including a fixture that moves, a result that is corrected after the fact, or points that arrive late. We may correct points that were awarded from wrong data, and we may change how points are calculated for future matches.
Notifications
If you allow them, we send notifications about matchdays, your club, your results and the rankings. You can turn any of them off in Settings, or all of them off in your phone's own settings, at any time. We won't use them to advertise anything.
No warranty
PronoSport is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may change or discontinue any part of it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PronoSport and its creators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use PronoSport after an update means you accept the new terms.
